Your nervous system is always listening.
To the pace around you. To the energy in the room. To the tension in your body. To whether it feels safe to unclench, breathe, and simply be where you are.
For this special Spiritual Day Trip, Jodie is taking us to Whisper With Horses in Glyndon, Minnesota for Soulful Stillness, an intimate afternoon of equine connection, mindful grooming, nervous system awareness, warmth, and presence.
Horses have a remarkable way of bringing us into the moment.
They notice the things we rush past.
Our breath. Our tension. Our movement. Our energy.
And in their presence, we get the chance to notice ourselves too.
This is not about fixing yourself.
It is about slowing down enough to hear what your body has been trying to tell you.

Here's what you get:
A three-hour intimate equine experience with Jodie at Whisper With Horses
A gentle introduction to how horses respond to safety, presence, movement, and energy
Mindful grooming time designed to help you slow your movements, deepen your breath, and become more aware of what is happening inside your body
Quiet time with the horses without the pressure to analyze, interpret, or perform
Simple nervous system practices you can continue using long after the experience ends
Space to step away from the noise, expectations, and constant doing of everyday life
A closing practice to help you ground, reconnect, and carry that stillness home with you
You do not have to arrive calm.
You do not have to know anything about horses.
You do not have to make anything happen.
Just come as you are.
The horses will meet you there.

Have questions before you trust the nudge?
This experience is intentionally a little different. It is slower, quieter, and centered around presence rather than performance. If you are wondering what the afternoon will feel like, whether you need experience with horses, or what exactly we will be doing, start here.
Soulful Stillness takes place Sunday, October 18 from 4 to 7 PM Central at Whisper With Horses in Glyndon, Minnesota.
You will receive any additional arrival details and instructions before the experience.
Not at all.
You do not need to know how to ride, groom, or work with horses. This experience is designed so you can simply meet the horses where you are and allow the afternoon to unfold naturally.
No riding is planned for Soulful Stillness.
Our focus is on mindful grooming, quiet connection, presence, breath, and noticing what happens within your own body as you spend time alongside the horses.
We will begin slowly, giving everyone time to arrive and settle into the space.
Jodie will share a simple introduction to nervous system awareness and why horses can be such powerful partners for practicing presence.
From there, you will spend quiet time mindfully grooming and connecting with the horses, moving more slowly than you normally might and allowing your breath to guide you.
We will pause together for refreshments before ending with a simple grounding and closing practice.
There is nothing you need to achieve.
The invitation is simply to notice.
Horses are incredibly attentive to what is happening around them.
They respond to movement, tension, breath, energy, and the feeling of safety in their environment.
That makes being with them a beautiful opportunity to become more aware of your own pace and presence without judgment or overthinking.
The horse is not there for you to manage.
The horse gives you an opportunity to notice yourself.
Soft. Slow. Grounded.
Jodie is intentionally creating this experience with less talking, less rushing, and less pressure to explain everything you feel.
There will be room for quiet.
Room to breathe.
Room to notice.
And room to let the horses do what horses do best.
Be completely present with you.
Soulful Stillness is for anyone craving a reset from the constant movement and noise of everyday life.
It may be especially meaningful if you have been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, stuck in your head, energetically overloaded, or simply curious about what can happen when you slow down in the presence of horses.
No spiritual experience or horse experience is necessary.
Just bring yourself and a willingness to be present.
